Cleaning of pressure equipment

For the etching of new power units and associated pipelines, as well as during chemical cleaning, inspection of repairs of boilers in operation for a long period of time, we offer the implementation of the following processes or a combination of them:

• rinsing
• alkaline boiling
• etching
• chemical cleaning
• blowing

• The pressure equipment cleaning service removes deposits and contaminants from such equipment as boilers, heat exchangers and pipelines. As a result, these devices operate at optimum efficiency, which translates into a significant increase in their lifespan.
• Regular cleaning and maintenance of power equipment increases its efficiency and durability, reduces operating costs and ensures the safety of its use..

1. We carry out the processes in accordance with VGB guideline S-513 “Cleaning of steam boilers and associated pipelines”.
2. The VGB S-513 guidelines are a document developed by VGB PowerTech, an international association of companies in the energy industry. The document defines the rules for cleaning various types of boilers and pipelines, as well as the requirements for the tools and equipment used in doing so.
3. The purpose of the VGB S-513 guidelines is to minimize the risk of failure of steam boilers, improve energy efficiency, and extend their service life. By following the VGB S-513 guidelines, we can not only ensure the safe operation of boilers and pipelines, but also minimize their operating costs.

We are authorized by the Office of Technical Inspection to perform repairs in the field of chemical cleaning and/or etching of equipment subject to technical supervision, including:

• Steam and water boilers of all types (pulverized, fluidized, flame-gas, flame-gas-pipe and others)
• Turbine condensers (with copper alloy piping, steel pipes, titanium pipes)
• Heat exchangers of all types (black steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, titanium and others)
• Process piping (steel, stainless steel, nonferrous metals, plastics and others)
• Wastewater treatment systems Flue gas desulfurization (FGD) plants
• Industrial installations
• Other
