The phrase Ecol co used in this text as well as on the website means Ecol Sp. z o.o., based in Rybnik at 71 A Podmiejska Street, 44-207 Rybnik.

As used in these regulations, the phrase Service means the website: www.ecol.eu.

Ecol does not give any warranty as to the form and content of the information placed on the Website, in particular its timeliness, accuracy, completeness and suitability of the information for a particular purpose. Ecol assumes no responsibility for any damages incurred by the Users of the Website or third parties in connection with the use and application of the information placed therein. All risks associated with the use and exploitation of the information posted on Ecol’s pages are borne by the Service User. Ecol updates the information on an ongoing basis, but despite this, accidental errors and mistakes may occur in the content of this information.

The Ecol logo is a trademark registered in favor of and used only with the permission of Ecol Ltd. Use of the mark by Users of the Website without first entering into an appropriate written agreement with Ecol constitutes a violation of the Act of June 30, 2000 – Industrial Property Law (Journal of Laws 01.49.508, as amended) or the provisions of law left by it, and the Act of April 16, 1993 on Combating Unfair Competition (Journal of Laws 93.47.211, as amended). Placing a reference to our website on another website requires written permission from Ecol, excluding discussion sites. Trademarks (logos) of other parties present on Ecol’s website are their separate property and are protected by law.

Cookies

In order to tailor content to users’ needs, Ecol uses so-called cookies. Cookies are text information stored by the Ecol server on a user’s computer, which the server can read each time the user connects from that computer. The information from cookies is used by Ecol to administer the site, count visitor statistics and enable the site to function properly. The user has the option to disable the option to accept cookies on his/her computer in the options of his/her web browser, however, this will limit the functionality of the site, and the use of resources available only to registered users will become impossible. Mozilla Firefox

In the “Tools” menu, select “Internet Options” and in them the “Privacy” tab. Use the special slider to adjust the overall level of privacy, or use the “Sites” button to manage the settings of individual websites.

Google Chrome
In the options menu (accessible by clicking on the button in the upper right corner of the browser), select “Tools”, then “Clear browsing data…”. In addition to the ability to clear cookies, there is a “More information” link that leads to a detailed description of the browser’s privacy features.

Opera
Use the “Opera” button in the upper left corner to open the options menu and select “Settings” there and then “Clear browsing history…”. In addition to the ability to delete already set cookies, there is also a button “Manage cookies…”. leading to more advanced options for individual sites.

Apple Safari
In the “Safari” menu, select “Preferences” and in it the “Privacy” tab. There you will find numerous options for cookies.

On cell phones, tablets and other mobile devices. Each phone model may handle this feature differently. Therefore, we encourage you to read the privacy options in the documentation on the mobile device manufacturer’s website.

Applicable law

The application of these terms and conditions and the use of the website is subject to Polish law. In the event that any provision contained in these terms and conditions is deemed by Polish law to be invalid, unlawful or without legal effect in this regard, they will not apply.
