We also have two foreign divisions: Ecol North America LLC in the US and Ecol Industrial s.r.o. in the Czech Republic.

    We are a well-established employer, in our company we employ employees on the basis of an employment contract.

    Adaptation of new employees

    New employees are given a timetable for implementation and the support of a mentor to help them quickly adapt to their new workplace.

    Development, training and courses

    We facilitate the acquisition of new skills and qualifications through participation in industry conferences and symposiums, as well as training and courses organized by, for example: UDT, SEP, TDT.

    Multisport cards

    Each employee has the opportunity to benefit from a range of sports activities, according to their interests. In addition, family members of a person employed at Ecol can also receive the card.

    Medical care

    All employees have access to private medical care, which can additionally be extended to their relatives.

    For parents

    We celebrate the birth of our employees’ children, we also organize Santa Claus parties, provide school layette and subsidies for children and youth’s summer camps.


    People employed at Ecol are covered by supplementary life insurance. It is also possible to take out voluntary group insurance for yourself and family members.

    Support and assistance

    We give the opportunity to take advantage of an interest-free loan or an allowance due to a difficult life situation. Employees on long-term sick leave receive food packages from the company.
