    Since the beginning of his career, he has been working in the field of machine reliability and lubrication engineering in the broadest sense, developing oil service for industry. He is a consultant and trainer in oil diagnostics, lubrication management and maintenance. An author of numerous publications and papers.

    The Ecol Company, led by Wojciech Majka for more than 30 years, has been developing technologies related to lubrication engineering and cleaning of industrial installations using hydrodynamic and chemical technology. It provides a full range of lubrication services supported by modern oil diagnostics. It is the largest industry distributor of ORLEN OIL lubricants for industry. It has two foreign divisions: Ecol Industrial s.r.o. in the Czech Republic and Ecol North America, LLC in the US.

    At Ecol Sp. z o.o., he manages the Marketing Department and the Legal and Sales Department. He is also responsible for developing services aimed at new industries and markets.
