    President of the Management Board and Managing Director of Ecol Sp. z o.o., from the beginning of his professional career has been involved in broadly understood reliability engineering and machinery lubrication, as well as oil diagnostics, developing oil service solutions for industry. He is a consultant and trainer in the field of oil diagnostics, lubrication management and maintenance. Author of numerous publications and papers. He serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the International Council for Machinery Lubrication and is a board member of the Chamber of Power Industry and Environmental Protection, including the IGEOS Nuclear team.

    Ecol, led by Wojciech Majka, has been developing technologies related to lubrication engineering and industrial installation cleaning using hydrodynamic and chemical technologies for over 35 years. The company provides a full range of lubrication and engineering services supported by modern oil diagnostics.

    Ecol operates internationally, including in conventional and nuclear energy sectors, through subsidiaries in Poland (Proserv Sp. z o.o., Ecol4wind Sp. z o.o.), the Czech Republic (Ecol Industrial s.r.o.) and the USA (Ecol North America LLC). It is the largest industry distributor of lubricants produced by the Gdańsk Refinery (ORLEN OIL, formerly LOTOS Oil) for industry.

    At Ecol Sp. z o.o., he manages the Marketing Department and the Legal and Sales Department. He is also responsible for developing services aimed at new industries and markets.
