Information on the processing of personal data of persons residing on the premises of Ecol Sp. z o.o. by means of a monitoring system.

There is video surveillance (CCTV) in the buildings, premises and grounds belonging to Ecol sp. z o.o.

  2. 1. Ecol sp. z o.o., located in Rybnik, 71A Podmiejska Street, informs that it is the controller of your personal data.
  3. 2. The following email address is used to contact the controller of your personal data at Ecol Sp z o.o.: ecol@ecol.com.pl.
  4. 3. Your personal data are processed for the purpose of protecting property and ensuring the safety of all persons residing on the premises of Ecol sp. z o.o.
  5. 4. The legal basis for the processing of personal data by Ecol Sp z o.o. for the purpose indicated in paragraph 3 above, is the legitimate interest of Ecol Sp z o.o. (in accordance with Article 6 (1)(f) of the GDPR. – in order to provide the security of buildings, grounds and protection of persons and property.

Personal data may be disclosed by Ecol Sp z o.o. may be transferred to entities processing personal data on behalf of the Administrator, with whom the Administrator has agreements for entrustment of personal data processing, as well as in a situation where such an obligation arises from generally applicable laws incumbent upon Ecol Sp z o.o.
  7. 6. Personal data will be stored for a period of up to 1 month from the date of recording, after this time they will be automatically overwritten. The exact storage time depends on the number of events and the capacity of the recorder disk.
  8. 7. You have the right to inspect your data, to delete, to limit processing. The right of a person to inspect can be limited in justified cases, such as protection of personal data of other persons covered in the monitoring area or the investigation of claims and proceedings by authorities authorized by law.
  9. 8. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  10. 9. Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area or to an international organization.
  11. 10. Your personal data will not be the basis for issuing decisions by automated means, including profiling.
