Industrial flushing of water systems
Regular flushing of water systems is essential for ensuring their efficiency and long life. Sediments, scale and other contaminants can lead to lower system performance, increased risk of corrosion and failure. Appropriate flushing technologies enable efficient removal of contaminants and thus improved parameters of system operation.

flushing of water systems
cleanliness, performance and safety of system operation
Contamination inside water systems is a common problem in industrial sites – sediments, scale or corrosion products can lead to failure, lowered performance and increased operating costs. Consequently, regular flushing of pipelines and water systems is not only part of technical preventive maintenance, but also a viable way to extend system life and improve operating parameters.
We offer comprehensive heating, cooling and glycol system flushing services, using state-of-the-art technologies and under the supervision of experienced specialists.
flushing of the heating water system
Flushing of the heating water system is essential for heating system efficiency. Sediments, scale and corrosion can lead to reduced capacity of pipes and thus to increased energy consumption, reduced performance and even failure of the system. Our flushing process efficiently removes contaminants, which improves the performance and life of systems.
flushing of the cooling water system
Cooling systems require regular flushing to ensure proper operating parameters and avoid problems related to corrosion, mineral sediments and biological contaminants. We use demineralised water and high performance filters to ensure optimum cleanliness and efficiency of the system.
flushing of the glycol system
The flushing of glycol-containing systems is essential to remove sediments, corrosion products and potential chemical contaminants. We offer comprehensive flushing and glycol replacement, which ensures long-term protection of the system from corrosion and sedimentation of undesirable substances.
flushing of water systems – process stages
1. Inventory of the system
Before starting works, we conduct a detailed inventory of pipelines, which includes:
- Pipeline diameters and lengths,
- Number and shape of connections,
- Type and number of fittings,
- Analysis of potential trouble spots
2. Preparation of process documentation
- We prepare detailed technological documentation of the flushing process, which includes the specifics of the system and quality requirements.
3. Supervision over the progress of work
- Our specialists supervise the entire flushing process to ensure its compliance with the prepared technology and industry standards.
4. Preparing the system for flushing
- The installation of the temporary flushing unit, including the pumping and filtering unit, hoses, manifolds and temporary tank.
- Bypass connection of additional hoses in strategic points of the system.
5. Flushing with DEMI water
- Filling the system with demineralised water (DEMI), supplied by the Ordering Party.
- The high flow rate DEMI water flushing process, with full filtering using a pumping and filtering unit.
- Use of filters with precision of 100 µm or 60 µm.
- Monitoring water quality until reaching the turbidity below 5 NTU.

laboratory diagnostics
regular testing of water samples
The quality of water used for flushing the system has a direct impact on the efficiency of the entire process and safe operation of the system in future. We pay particular attention to the control of physical and chemical parameters of water at every stage of the service. During the flushing, we systematically collect the samples of water and subject them to laboratory analysis.
Regular testing enables an ongoing assessment of process efficiency and quick response upon detection of deviations from standard.
We monitor key quality indicators, such as metal concentrations, pH levels, electrical conductivity or water hardness levels. This ensures that the final result of rinsing meets the highest technical and quality standards.
our results show:
- Lowered iron content below 1 ppm,
- Stability of pH value in the range of 6.25 – 6.58, close to the initial value (6.20),
- Lowered conductivity, which demonstrates the reverse osmosis process efficiency,
- Very low water hardness, which confirms high quality for industrial purposes.
