Flushing oil systems involves connecting an additional unit to the lubrication system, whose filtration capacity and flow rate far exceed the capacity of the pump and system filters.

The process is carried out using the target oil, and contaminants removed from inside the system are captured by filters built into the flushing unit.

Effective flushing depends on achieving a sufficiently high flow rate, which is ensured by turbulent flow. This intensive flow rate, supported by high-performance filter elements, enables effective removal of contaminants also from hard-to-reach, so-called dead zones of the oil system.

The technology we use is based on years of experience, OEM requirements, ISO 4406 and ASTM standards, as well as VGB recommendations. Each time, the process is precisely designed taking into account all aspects – from health and safety and logistics to technology and quality criteria.
