Join us for a specialised training course on key issues related to the operation of lubricants in locomotives. ‘Railway to Oil’ is an opportunity to deepen your knowledge and acquire practical skills that will directly improve the functioning and durability of engines and hydraulic systems.

During our workshop you will gain valuable theoretical knowledge and practical tips on how to avoid the most common problems and diagnose failures effectively. Details of the programme can be found below.

• Excessive fuel in the oil and performance characteristics,
• Leaks from the cooling system vs. glycol in the oil system,
• P4 reviews – impact on growth of wear and tear elements,
• The problem of high copper content in engine oil,
• Hydraulic oil purity class,
• Performance properties of fresh oils,
• Lubricant diagnosis for cableways: proper care of hydraulic fluids in stationary hydraulic systems

through workshops:

• You will learn about the most common problems associated with the operation of lubricants in locomotives,
• You will understand the mechanisms by which failures occur,
• You will learn how to read a laboratory report,
• You will learn to recognise the first signs of malfunction and damage to locomotive engines,
• You will become familiar with the essence of the operating fluid parameters tested,
• You will learn how to extend the life of a locomotive engine,
• You will learn the correct way to take an oil sample from gearboxes and hydraulics,
• You will learn how to properly take a grease sample from bearings.

Regular price for participation in the training with accommodation and meals (2 nights) –
• PLN 3,900 net + VAT / person, single room accommodation
• PLN 3,500 net + VAT / person, accommodation in a double room, if more than one person from the company is registered
