Ecol certified by Slovenské elektrárne

Our company has received confirmation of compliance with quality requirements following an audit conducted by Slovenské elektrárne – one of the key energy sector entities in Central Europe.

The audit was carried out from 25 February to 20 March 2026 as an external assessment of Ecol’s management system. It verified compliance with ISO 9001 requirements as well as Slovak regulations for suppliers to the nuclear energy sector (Vyhláška ÚJD SR č. 431/2011 Z.z.). The audit scope covered services related to the cleaning of PG capsules during major outages (RGO).

As a result of the positive evaluation, Ecol received official qualification confirmation as a service provider meeting stringent quality and safety requirements. The certificate remains valid until 24 February 2029.

This recognition significantly strengthens Ecol’s position as a partner for the energy sector, including installations of critical importance. At the same time, the company is obliged to continuously report any changes that could affect service quality or nuclear safety.

Slovenské elektrárne

Slovenské elektrárne is the largest electricity producer in Slovakia, headquartered in Bratislava. The company plays a key role in the country’s energy system, accounting for a significant share of national power generation, particularly from nuclear and hydroelectric sources.

The company operates nuclear units in Mochovce and Jaslovské Bohunice, which form the foundation of Slovakia’s energy mix. Nuclear energy accounts for the majority of the company’s production, providing a stable and low-emission energy source.
