The aim of the project is to carry out R&D work on the development of a new, optimised oil diagnostic method, enabling significant insights into the condition of the oil and the equipment to be obtained in the shortest possible time.
The project’s target group comprises large and medium-sized enterprises in highly mechanised sectors such as conventional energy, renewable energy, the chemical and refining industries, mining and metallurgy, the food, processing and brewing industries, transport, railways and the automotive sector.
As part of the project, the following will be purchased and capitalised: measuring equipment for assessing the quality of oil samples and determining specific parameters, a vision system to support data recording, and a computing server. A module utilising AI algorithms will be developed. All of the above elements will be used by the company’s staff to carry out project tasks and improve the company’s operational efficiency. A dozen or so of the company’s employees will be involved in the project.
The result of the project will be a new generation of engine oil diagnostic services (product and process innovation) aimed at companies operating in various industrial sectors.
