I denna process utnyttjas centrifugalkraften f\u00f6r att avskilja smutspartiklar fr\u00e5n oljan. Denna metod kan anv\u00e4ndas f\u00f6r att avl\u00e4gsna olika typer av f\u00f6roreningar, s\u00e5som fasta partiklar, vatten, metaller eller andra \u00e4mnen som kan ha en negativ inverkan p\u00e5 maskinernas funktion.<\/p>\n<p class=\"post__paragraph\"><b>Vid avskiljning av vatten fr\u00e5n olja<\/b> utnyttjas centrifugalkraften i\u00a0syfte att avskilja olja, vatten och f\u00f6roreningar. En typisk centrifugmodul best\u00e5r av en centrifug, doseringspump och slampump som \u00e4r anslutna till ett styrsystem. Den f\u00f6rorenade oljan pumpas in i\u00a0en centrifugtrumma som roterar med h\u00f6g hastighet. Under inverkan av centrifugalkraften pressas fasta partiklar mot trummans v\u00e4ggar och leds in i\u00a0slamtanken, medan flytande f\u00f6roreningar som vatten separeras fr\u00e5n oljan genom densitetsskillnader.
