energi som leds av <b>ORLEN-gruppen<\/b> och det kanadensiska f\u00f6retaget <b>Northland Power.<\/b>.<br><br>Inom ramen f\u00f6r projektet kommer en havsbaserad vindkraftspark att byggas med en effekt upp till 1,2 GW, ca. 23 km norr om kusten, i&nbsp;h\u00f6jd med orterna Choczewo och \u0141eba. Parametrar som oljans kvalitet, vakuumniv\u00e5, oljans temperatur, p\u00e5fyllningshastighet och omgivningsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden beh\u00f6ver anpassas till tillverkarens riktlinjer och g\u00e4llande tekniska normer. Att f\u00f6rbereda vakuumsystemet:<\/b> ventilerna st\u00e4lls in, vakuumarmaturen samt kontroll- och m\u00e4tanordningarna kopplas p\u00e5.<\/li>\n<li class=\"post__list-item\"><b>3. Alstring av vakuum:<\/b> vakuum alstras och uppr\u00e4tth\u00e5lls p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt niv\u00e5, enligt transformatorns tekniska krav. Syftet med detta \u00e4r att f\u00f6rvandla vatten fr\u00e5n flytande form till gasform och suga ut den ur transformatorn.<\/li>\n<li class=\"post__list-item\"><b>4. Behandling av olja:<\/b> innan p\u00e5fyllning m\u00e5ste oljan renas och dehydratiseras (t.ex. genom termoaktiv metod eller vakuummetod) och kontrolleras med avseende p\u00e5 de viktigaste parametrarna (\u00f6verslagssp\u00e4nning, vattenhalt och syratal).<\/li>\n<li class=\"post__list-item\"><b>5. Montage av armatur:<\/b> transformatorn f\u00f6rbereds inf\u00f6r p\u00e5fyllning, passande kopplingar och skydd monteras. Efter avslutat montage tryckprovas isolerad transformator f\u00f6r att kontrollera att alla kopplingar \u00e4r t\u00e4ta innan arbetet forts\u00e4tter.<\/li>\n<li class=\"post__list-item\"><b>6. Skydd med torr luft:<\/b> efter avslutat montage och under f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttning att tryckprovet har gett ett positivt resultat, appliceras torr luft (eller kv\u00e4ve) i\u00a0transformatorn som skydd. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt f\u00f6rebyggs att fukt kondenseras och absorberas av isoleringsmaterialen. Lufttorkningssystemet \u00e4r en del av servicecontainern d\u00e4r det \u00e4ven finns elektriskt isolerande olja.<\/li>\n<li class=\"post__list-item\"><b>7. Oljep\u00e5fyllning under vakuum:<\/b> medan processen p\u00e5g\u00e5r uppr\u00e4tth\u00e5lls en specifik vakuumniv\u00e5 f\u00f6r att avl\u00e4gsna samtliga gaser fr\u00e5n transformatorn och minimera risken f\u00f6r elektrostatiska urladdningar. Det som \u00e4r avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r att transformatorn ska kunna noggrant fyllas p\u00e5 med olja \u00e4r p\u00e5fyllningshastigheten som g\u00f6r det m\u00f6jligt f\u00f6r de inv\u00e4ndiga materialen (t.ex. isoleringspapper) att j\u00e4mnt och fullst\u00e4ndigt absorbera oljan.<\/li>\n<li class=\"post__list-item\"><b>8. Tryckutj\u00e4mning med hj\u00e4lp av torr luft eller kv\u00e4ve och behandling av olja:<\/b> efter p\u00e5fyllning stabiliseras systemet och oljan filtreras ytterligare i\u00a0beh\u00e5llaren f\u00f6r att avl\u00e4gsna gasrester och f\u00f6roreningar.<\/li>\n<li class=\"post__list-item\"><b>9. Provtagning och kvalitetskontroll:<\/b> oljans parametrar analyseras efter avslutad process f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att den uppfyller g\u00e4llande tekniska krav.<\/li>\n<li class=\"post__list-item\"><b>10. Vi hade ansvar f\u00f6r att tillhandah\u00e5lla elektriskt isolerande v\u00e4tska och fylla p\u00e5 kraftcentralens \u00e5tta h\u00f6gpresterande transformatorer med den. Varje transformator fylldes p\u00e5 med olja som hade f\u00f6rberetts noggrant, levererats i\u00a0cisterner och behandlats f\u00f6re och under p\u00e5fyllning. Totalt behandlades 766 000 liter olja. Vi hade full kontroll \u00f6ver kvaliteten p\u00e5 varje parti, vilket var avg\u00f6rande vid maskinstarten efter\u00e5t.<\/p>\n<p class=\"post__paragraph\">I denna process anv\u00e4nds ett aggregat f\u00f6r behandling av transformatorolja som \u00e4r avsedd f\u00f6r att avl\u00e4gsna vatten, gaser och fasta partiklar fr\u00e5n mineralbaserade transformatoroljor samt naturliga och syntetiska estrar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"post__paragraph\">Detta \u00e4r oumb\u00e4rligt f\u00f6r att se till att transmissionsanordningarna fungerar s\u00e4kert och effektivt. FILOIL 12000 avl\u00e4gsnar vatten, gaser och fasta partiklar fr\u00e5n olja och f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrar d\u00e4rigenom dess dielektriska och kylande egenskaper. Den filtreras d\u00e4refter med en noggrannhet upp till 0,5 mikrometer, avgasas och dehydratiseras i\u00a0en vakuumkammare. Systemet \u00e4r utrustat med vingpumpar, Roots-kompressorer och koalescensfilter som m\u00f6jligg\u00f6r effektiv separation av vatten och uppl\u00f6sta gaser.<\/p>\n<p class=\"post__paragraph\">De ytterligare vakuumventilerna och v\u00e4rmeskydden skyddar anordningen och personalen. Med automatisk justering av oljefl\u00f6det kan arbetsparametrarna anpassas noggrant till befintliga f\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden. Vi utf\u00f6rde prelimin\u00e4ra unders\u00f6kningar n\u00e4r oljan levererades p\u00e5 plats, gjorde analyser under behandlingsprocessen samt slutliga prov efter p\u00e5fyllning av transformatorerna.<\/p>\n<p class=\"post__paragraph\">Resultaten <a class=\"post__link\" href=\"https:\/\/ecol.eu\/sv\/kunskapsbas\/ecol-undersokningar-vattenhalt-enligt-karl-fischer-metoden\" target=\"blank\"><u>avseende vattenhalt<\/u><\/a>, <a class=\"post__link\" href=\"https:\/\/ecol.eu\/sv\/kunskapsbas\/ecol-undersokningar-genomtrangningsspanning\" target=\"blank\"><u>\u00f6verslagssp\u00e4nning<\/u><\/a> och <a class=\"post__link\" href=\"https:\/\/ecol.eu\/sv\/kunskapsbas\/ecol-undersokningar-kromatografisk-analys-av-upplosta-gaser-dga\" target=\"blank\"><u>kromatografisk analys av uppl\u00f6sta gaser (DGA)<\/u><\/a> som m\u00f6jligg\u00f6r bed\u00f6mning av transformatorns tekniska tillst\u00e5nd f\u00f6re maskinstart var av avg\u00f6rande betydelse.<\/p>\n<p class=\"post__paragraph\">Genom komplett diagnostik kunde vi s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att oljan uppfyllde de h\u00f6gsta kvalitetsstandarderna och anordningarna kan anv\u00e4ndas p\u00e5 ett s\u00e4kert s\u00e4tt utan att det uppkommer n\u00e5gra tekniska fel.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t      <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t      \t\t\t\t\t      <\/div>\n                \n          \n        \n      <\/article>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"editor alignwide\">\n  <div class=\"container\">\n    <div class=\"row\">\n      <article class=\"offset-lg-2 col-xl-9 col-lg-10 editor__text\">\n\n        \n          \n            \n\t\t\t\t\t      <div class=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t      \t\t\t\t\t\t\t      <div class=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t      <h3 class=\"post__header heading heading--line\">resultat<\/h3>\n<p class=\"post__paragraph\">Trots flera tekniska utmaningar slutf\u00f6rdes projektet med framg\u00e5ng. Med v\u00e5r specialutrustning, str\u00e4ng kvalitetskontroll och v\u00e5r erfarna personal fyllde vi p\u00e5 de \u00e5tta h\u00f6gpresterande transformatorerna med elektriskt isolerande transformatorolja som uppfyllde samtliga g\u00e4llande normer och tillverkarens rekommendationer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"post__paragraph\">Under projektets g\u00e5ng genomf\u00f6rdes ett tiotal laboratorieanalyser som p\u00e5visade att oljan hade r\u00e4tt fysikalisk-kemiska parametrar, bl.a. avseende renhet, \u00f6verslagssp\u00e4nning, vattenhalt samt halten av uppl\u00f6sta gaser (DGA).<\/p>\n<p class=\"post__paragraph\">Genom noggrann organisering och till\u00e4mpning av moderna metoder f\u00f6r oljebehandling f\u00f6rbereddes systemen som fylldes p\u00e5 med olja inf\u00f6r s\u00e4ker tillkoppling av sp\u00e4nning. I juli lyckades man installera den f\u00f6rsta havsbaserade vindturbinen med en effekt p\u00e5 15 MW (det kommer att installeras 76 s\u00e5dana turbiner sammanlagt). <\/p>\n<p class=\"post__paragraph\">Samtidigt utrustas kraftcentralen p\u00e5 fastlandet, i\u00a0Choczewo kommun, med nyckelkomponenter s\u00e5som transformatorer med en effekt p\u00e5 300 MVA.
