energibolag, st\u00f6tte p\u00e5 allvarliga problem med avlagringar p\u00e5 kompressorbladen p\u00e5 GE 7FA gasturbiner. Dessa avlagringar begr\u00e4nsade kompressorernas genomstr\u00f6mning, vilket direkt p\u00e5verkade turbinernas effektivitet och minskade kraften som genererades av turbinenheterna. Vid inspektionen noterades en avlagring p\u00e5 kompressorns yta. Skumreng\u00f6ringstekniken, utvecklad av Ecol, har utformats f\u00f6r att \u00e5terst\u00e4lla optimal drift av turbinerna och kompressorerna utan att p\u00e5verka deras inre ytor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"post__paragraph\">Under projektets f\u00f6rberedelsefas h\u00f6lls en vision, utifr\u00e5n vilken en \u00f6vergripande handlingsplan utarbetades, samt ett modifieringsprojekt f\u00f6r implementering av de t\u00e4nkta l\u00f6sningarna.<\/p>\n<p class=\"post__paragraph\">Turbinen f\u00f6rbereddes mekaniskt f\u00f6r skuminsprutning. Ett process\u00f6vervakningssystem och en m\u00e4tstation har installerats. Syftet med detta \u00e4r att skydda turbinkomponenterna och behovet av att kontrollera och \u00f6vervaka hela processen och dess fysikaliska och kemiska parametrar.
