environment for the growth of microorganisms, which is why it is so important to eliminate water from the oil system, both lubricating and hydraulic. \n<br><br>\nModern machines, equipped with small capacity oil systems, have a&nbsp;very small margin of safe water in the oil. \n<br><br>\nAs little as a&nbsp;few percent of water content in oil can lead to the destruction of mated \/ lubricated centrifugation<\/h3>\n<p class=\"post__paragraph\"><b>Removing water from oil<\/b> by centrifugation uses centrifugal force to separate oil, water and contaminants. A typical centrifuge module is built with a\u00a0centrifuge centrifuge, dosing pump and sludge pump, connected to a\u00a0control system. The contaminated oil is pumped into a\u00a0centrifuge drum rotating at high speed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"post__paragraph\">Under the influence of centrifugal force, solid particles are pushed toward the walls of the drum and directed into the sludge tank, while liquid contaminants such as water are separated from the oil by density differences. The resulting light and heavy phases are separately discharged from the system.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"post__header heading heading--line\">removal of water from oil by vacuum dehydration<\/h3>\n<p>When removal of free water from oil is insufficient, it is necessary to turn to <b>vacuum dehydration methods of oil system care<\/b>.<br>\nUnlike other water removal methods, vacuum dehydration allows both separated water and oil-bound water to be expelled from an oil system. <\/p>\n<p class=\"post__paragraph\">Vacuum dehydration removes 100% of free and emulsified water and up to 90% of dissolved water.
