Ein zweiter, ebenso wichtiger Faktor ist die Menge der Verunreinigung pro Volumeneinheit. Um ihre Menge pro Volumeneinheit \u00d6l zu bestimmen, wurden Messmethoden eingef\u00fchrt, die wir in mikroskopische (Membran) und automatische (Blockade, Laser) unterteilen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"post__paragraph\">Der Vorteil der mikroskopischen Methode ist, dass nicht nur die Partikel gez\u00e4hlt werden k\u00f6nnen, sondern auch die Art der Partikel und vor allem ihre Herkunft bestimmt werden k\u00f6nnen. Der Nachteil dieser Methode ist, dass sie relativ arbeitsintensiv ist.<\/p>\n<p class=\"post__paragraph\">Der Vorteil der Blockmethode besteht darin, dass sie die Reinheitsklassen von \u00d6len bestimmen kann, die aufgrund ihrer sehr dunklen Farbe (z. B. Heutzutage geben die Hersteller diesen Parameter in der Regel ausdr\u00fccklich in den technischen Unterlagen und der Betriebsanleitung der Maschine an. Bypass-Einheiten werden ebenfalls eingesetzt, um Verunreinigungen zu entfernen und die \u00d6lreinheitsklasse im Tank w\u00e4hrend der Bewegung zu verbessern, insbesondere bei kleinen Systemen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"post__paragraph\">Die \u00d6lfiltration im Nebenstrom kann kontinuierlich oder periodisch eingesetzt werden, z.
