Wasser im \u00d6l vermindert die Belastbarkeit der Lager, beschleunigt die Oxidation des \u00d6ls, f\u00fchrt zur Auslaugung von Additiven, erh\u00f6ht die Schlammbildung und verursacht Korrosion.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"post__header heading heading--line\">Wirkung von Wasser auf \u00d6l<\/h4>\n<p class=\"post__paragraph\">Wasser f\u00f6rdert physikalische und chemische Ver\u00e4nderungen im \u00d6l und verursacht die Bildung von S\u00e4uren, Schlamm und Ablagerungen. Es erh\u00f6ht die Viskosit\u00e4t des \u00d6ls und verschlechtert seine elektrischen Isolationseigenschaften drastisch. Wasser f\u00f6rdert die Bel\u00fcftung des \u00d6ls, was das Problem der Schaumbildung verursacht. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wirkt sich Wasser negativ auf die \u00d6ladditive aus, so dass diese einem Hydrolyseprozess unterliegen oder ausgelaugt werden. Das Vorhandensein von Wasser im \u00d6l kann auch das Wachstum von Mikroorganismen beg\u00fcnstigen.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"post__header heading heading--line\">Wirkung von Wasser auf die Maschine<\/h4>\n<p class=\"post__paragraph\">Die Verunreinigung des \u00d6ls durch Wasser f\u00fchrt zu Kavitation und Korrosion in \u00d6lsystemen, und die Dicke des Schmierfilms nimmt ab. All dies f\u00fchrt zu \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfigem Verschlei\u00df und Sch\u00e4den an den inneren Oberfl\u00e4chen der \u00d6lsysteme von Maschinen. Durch die Verstopfung von Filtern verringert Wasser die M\u00f6glichkeit der Filtration und f\u00fchrt zu einem Anstieg des \u00d6lflie\u00dfdrucks im System.<\/p>\n<p class=\"post__paragraph\">Der kumulative Effekt ist eine verk\u00fcrzte Lebensdauer der Komponenten und der zugeh\u00f6rigen Infrastruktur, was zu erh\u00f6hten Betriebs- und Entsorgungskosten beitr\u00e4gt. Das verunreinigte \u00d6l wird in die mit hoher Geschwindigkeit rotierende Zentrifugentrommel gepumpt. Unter dem Einfluss der Zentrifugalkraft werden feste Partikel gegen die Trommelw\u00e4nde gedr\u00fcckt und in den Schlammtank geleitet, w\u00e4hrend fl\u00fcssige Verunreinigungen wie Wasser durch Dichteunterschiede vom \u00d6l getrennt werden. Die Vakuumentw\u00e4sserung entfernt 100 % des freien und emulgierten Wassers und bis zu 90 % des gel\u00f6sten Wassers.
