Statorwicklungen gro\u00dfer Generatoren<\/b> werden in der Regel gek\u00fchlt, indem entmineralisiertes Wasser durch die St\u00e4be zirkuliert. Die St\u00e4be sind mit Hohlleitern zwischen massiven Kupferlitzen versehen. Traditionell werden diese Hohlleiter aus Kupfer hergestellt, aber auch andere Materialien wie Edelstahl werden verwendet.  \r\n<br><br>Zu den seltenen Betriebsf\u00e4llen geh\u00f6rt die <b>Verschlechterung der Flie\u00dfbedingungen des Destillats<\/b> durch die Kan\u00e4le in den Wicklungsst\u00e4ben aufgrund der Ablagerung von Kupferkorrosionsprodukten in den Kan\u00e4len. Wenn das Wasserk\u00fchlsystem des Stators Sauerstoff enth\u00e4lt und die Hohlleiter aus Kupfer bestehen, oxidiert das Kupfer und setzt gel\u00f6ste Kupfer- und Kupferoxidpartikel frei, die in das System wandern und sich wieder ablagern. Die optimalen Betriebsparameter f\u00fcr Kupferk\u00fchlsysteme sind Gehalte an gel\u00f6stem Sauerstoff unter 50 ppb oder \u00fcber 2 ppm. In diesen Bereichen erfolgt der \u00dcbergang von Kupferionen in die L\u00f6sung langsam und stellt keine Gefahr dar. Die beiden Arten von Oxiden: Kupfer-I und Kupfer-II bilden sich im Gleichgewicht durch Oxidationsprozesse, die haupts\u00e4chlich von der vorhandenen Sauerstoffkonzentration abh\u00e4ngen. Diese Oxide l\u00f6sen sich auf, wandern und lagern sich wieder ab (vorzugsweise in einem Demineralisierer), unabh\u00e4ngig davon, welches Oxid gebildet wird. Mit der Zeit und je nach der chemischen Zusammensetzung des Wassers k\u00f6nnen die Oxide die Kupferrohre des Generators verstopfen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"post__paragraph\">Als unmittelbare Folge der Verringerung des K\u00fchlmitteldurchflusses erh\u00f6ht sich die Betriebstemperatur der Wicklungsst\u00e4be und die Leistung des Generators muss reduziert werden.
