stellte Probleme beim Betrieb einer der hydraulischen Spritzgie\u00dfmaschinen in seiner Produktionsanlage fest. Die Maschine vibrierte und ihre Komponenten begannen zu \u00fcberhitzen.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"post__header heading heading--line\">die vorgeschlagene L\u00f6sung<\/h2>\n<p class=\"post__paragraph\">Die durchgef\u00fchrte \u00d6ldiagnose ergab Anomalien im \u00d6lsystem. Die \u00d6lreinheitsklasse lag \u00fcber dem vom Maschinenhersteller angegebenen Minimum. Die Viskosit\u00e4tsklasse des \u00d6ls entsprach nicht den Anforderungen der DTR.<\/p>\n<p class=\"post__paragraph\">Aufgrund der ungeeigneten \u00d6lviskosit\u00e4tsklasse im Verh\u00e4ltnis zu der in der Maschinendokumentation geforderten, wurde von einer alleinigen \u00d6lfiltration zur Verbesserung der \u00d6lklasse abgeraten. Anschlie\u00dfend wurde das System \u00fcber die Filtereinheit mit frischem \u00d6l bef\u00fcllt. Nach dem Anfahren der Maschine wurde die Nebenstromfiltration fortgesetzt, bis die erforderliche Qualit\u00e4t erreicht war Reinheit.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"post__header heading heading--line\">erzieltes Ergebnis<\/h2>\n<p class=\"post__paragraph\">Erreichen der Reinheitsklasse f\u00fcr die Kontrollprobe 17\/14\/11 nach ISO 4406, keine Vibrationen und keine \u00dcberhitzung der
