Mit einer ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00dfen Pr\u00fcfung und einer sorgf\u00e4ltigen Analyse der Ergebnisse ist es m\u00f6glich, das Problem der Schaumbildung bei Hydraulik\u00f6l wirksam in den Griff zu bekommen. Eine \u00d6lprobe wird in einen Messzylinder gegeben und dann 5 Minuten lang mit einem in \u00d6l getauchten Schwallk\u00f6rper mit reiner atmosph\u00e4rischer Luft durchstr\u00f6mt. Das Schaumvolumen, ausgedr\u00fcckt in cm3, ist ein Ma\u00df f\u00fcr die Schaumneigung. Nach der Messung wird je nach den vorgeschriebenen Anforderungen 1 bis 10 Minuten gewartet und dann erneut das Schaumvolumen gemessen. Dieses nach einer gewissen Zeit gemessene Volumen wird als Schaumbest\u00e4ndigkeit bezeichnet. Ein Grund daf\u00fcr k\u00f6nnte sein, dass die Menge der in das \u00d6l gepumpten Luft von seiner Viskosit\u00e4t abh\u00e4ngt. \u00d6le mit hoher Viskosit\u00e4t erzeugen einen hohen Gegendruck. Je h\u00f6her die Viskosit\u00e4t, desto geringer die angesaugte Luftmenge und desto geringer die Schaumbildung. Daher ist der Test am zuverl\u00e4ssigsten f\u00fcr Turbinen\u00f6le und Hydraulik\u00f6le mit niedriger Viskosit\u00e4t (ISO VG 32 oder ISO VG 46).<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t      <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t      \t\t\t\t\t      <\/div>\n                \n          \n        \n      <\/article>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"editor alignwide\">\n  <div class=\"container\">\n    <div class=\"row\">\n      <article class=\"offset-lg-2 col-xl-9 col-lg-10 editor__text\">\n\n        \n          \n            \n\t\t\t\t\t      <div class=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t      \t\t\t\t\t\t\t      <div class=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t      <h2 class=\"post__header heading heading--line\">Flender-Schaumtest nach ISO\/DIS 12152<\/h2>\n<p class=\"post__paragraph\">Die Messung der Schaumeigenschaften ist nach ISO\/DIS 12152 genormt. Im Flender Foam Tester dreht sich ein Zahnradpaar horizontal mit 1405 Umdrehungen pro Minute. \u00d6l wird in das Ger\u00e4t gegossen, bis die Stirnr\u00e4der auf halber H\u00f6he bedeckt sind. Die Zahnr\u00e4der beginnen sich f\u00fcnf Minuten lang zu drehen, wobei wie in einem R\u00fchrwerk Luft in das \u00d6l gespritzt wird.<\/p>\n<p class=\"post__paragraph\">Nach 90 Minuten wird jede Ver\u00e4nderung der \u00d6lphase, der \u00d6ldispersion und des Schaumvolumens dokumentiert. Hydraulik\u00f6le auf Mineral\u00f6lbasis zeichnen sich durch ihren hohen Viskosit\u00e4tsindex aus. Sie haben schaumhemmende, korrosionshemmende und festsitzhemmende Eigenschaften, die es ihnen erm\u00f6glichen, unter wechselnden Last- und Hochtemperaturbedingungen zu arbeiten. Die Standard-Schaumeigenschaften f\u00fcr diese Art von \u00d6l sind wie folgt:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"post__list post__list--nonordered\">\n<li class=\"post__list-item\">Sequenz I : 10\/0<\/li>\n<li class=\"post__list-item\">Sequenz II: 0\/0<\/li>\n<li class=\"post__list-item\">Sequenz III: 10\/0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t      <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t      \t\t\t\t\t      <\/div>\n                \n          \n        \n      <\/article>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"editor alignwide\">\n  <div class=\"container\">\n    <div class=\"row\">\n      <article class=\"offset-lg-2 col-xl-9 col-lg-10 editor__text\">\n\n        \n          \n            \n\t\t\t\t\t      <div class=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t      \t\t\t\t\t\t\t      <div class=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t      <p class=\"post__paragraph\">Die Pr\u00fcfung der Schaumneigung des \u00d6ls (HV ISO VG 68) deutet darauf hin, dass seine Schaumeigenschaften innerhalb der Norm liegen. Der Test in Folge eins wurde bei 24 Grad Celsius durchgef\u00fchrt. 5 Minuten nach Beginn der Bel\u00fcftung des \u00d6ls wurde keine Schaumbildung beobachtet. (10\/0).<\/p>\n<p>Sequenz I:<br>\nDas Bad im Messzylinder wurde dann auf 93,5 Grad Celsius erhitzt. Die Bel\u00fcftung der Probe wurde gemessen. Das Foto zeigt eine Schaummenge von 20 ml. Nach 10 Minuten wurde keine Schaumpersistenz (0\/0) festgestellt. Dies deutet darauf hin, dass das \u00d6l bei h\u00f6heren Temperaturen eine unbedenkliche Schaumbildung aufweist, die seine Funktion und andere physikochemische Parameter nicht beeintr\u00e4chtigt.<\/p>\n<p>Sequenz II:<br>\nNach der Pr\u00fcfung in Sequenz zwei wurde die Probe vorsichtig gemischt und der restliche Schaum aufgefangen. Dann wurde sie auf 43,5 Grad Celsius abgek\u00fchlt, wobei der Probenzylinder Raumtemperatur hatte. Anschlie\u00dfend wurde er in ein Bad mit 24 Grad Celsius gestellt. Sobald die Probe diese Temperatur erreicht hatte, wurde mit der Bel\u00fcftung begonnen. Das Ergebnis wurde am Ende der Bel\u00fcftung und 10 Minuten nach dem Abstellen der Probe aufgezeichnet. Daraus l\u00e4sst sich schlie\u00dfen, dass das \u00d6l nicht zum Sch\u00e4umen neigt und der Schaum nicht lange anh\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n<p>Sequenz III:<br>\nEin Test von frischem und gebrauchtem MOTULTECH UNIVERSELLE 90 SC Multifunktions\u00f6l, frei von chlororganischen Additiven, wurde ebenfalls durchgef\u00fchrt. Bei dem Test wurde in allen Sequenzen eine sehr hohe Schaumneigung und in der ersten und dritten Sequenz eine hohe Schaumpersistenz festgestellt. <\/p>\n<p class=\"post__paragraph\">Die visuelle Beurteilung des getesteten \u00d6ls allein l\u00e4sst darauf schlie\u00dfen, dass es erheblich verunreinigt ist, was zu einer verringerten Oberfl\u00e4chenspannung f\u00fchrt. Bei hohen Temperaturen gibt das \u00d6l keine Luft ab und seine Schmiereigenschaften sind erheblich beeintr\u00e4chtigt.  <\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t      <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t      \t\t\t\t\t
